13 Month Progress Update

13month

My debt update is kind of late this month.  I’m still without a computer and am using my husband’s.

Original Debt (December 14, 2012): $102,645

Current Debt (13 months later): $96,792

My debt has decreased by $629 since last month, an overall reduction of $5,853 in 13 months.  I’m now at 5.7% of my debt payoff goal.

I’m not going to take the time to calculate how much has gone towards interest in the past 13 months, but it’s A LOT.  I hate interest.

  1. Great job on your loans this month, $629 is huge progress compared to your loan balances and without the amount of interest that is accruing. Keep up the good work and just remember that any forward progress is important, some months really suck but don’t lose that momentum and keep moving forward.
