BLOOD RAGE

I am beyond PISSED right now.  Slumlord#1 is saying he was waiting on utility bills before he returned our money.  Utility bills that HE gets billed to start/stop service.  I sent him proof that I paid the closing bills, which included service charges.  I think he’s trying to give me the run-around there.  Unless landlords get some kind of extra start up/stopping fees I don’t know about?  I’ve never been billed for it before, so I think he’s just full of shit.

THEN he says, “You’ll have a check in the mail this week.  It will deduct my costs, my time, and my expenses.

YOU’VE GOT TO BE FREAKIN’ KIDDING ME!  *BLOOD RAGE*

If he doesn’t return ALL of our money we are taking him to Navy legal!  This is ridiculous!  I really can’t believe this guy has his head so far up his ass.  What about the time I spent over there doing work for FREE? What about the money it cost us to rent a moving truck twice because his place wasn’t ready and he was working on someone else’s bathroom?!  We didn’t even fricken’ live there, it was unlivable!

Now I’m anxious to see what we’ll get back.  Knowing him, it won’t be pretty and hopefully we can resolve it with Navy legal and we won’t have to take him to small claims because I probably would go apeshit if I ever saw him again.

I can’t believe this.

  1. Don’t wait any longer–get to Naval Aid as SOON AS YOU CAN. I GET THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS MAN HAS NO INTENTION OF REFUNDING. HE IS FULL OF IT.

My best wishes and good luck.
